When you hire Vining Events, you hire me- Hawley. I’m your coordinator from the start to the finish. I have over 20 years of experience in the event industry- 6 of those have been as an independent event planner where I have had coordinating roles in over 50 weddings.
I have a wonderful husband and have been blessed with three amazing sons… which means my life is surrounded by BOYS --- coordinating weddings is what I do to keep the “girl” in my life. I love it! I love developing relationships with my couples and being swept up in their love stories.
I strive to provide 110% to all of my clients. To do this, I choose to take on a limited number of weddings a year. It is important that we develop a one on one relationship and you are completely comfortable texting me in the middle of the day with any questions that just pop to your head.
I'm sure that is your burning question. Each event is unique- please reach out to me! To give you an idea- your investment in my services usually ranges between $1500 - $3000.
Vining Events does have liability insurance (many venues require this).
